The Management Team is truly a family affair. Joe and Linda Hannigan, along with their sons Brian and Jon, and their new daughter-in -law, Amber Hannigan, run the day-to-day operations. Together, they manage multiple teams of designers, contractors and client relationships.
Joseph Hannigan -Principal
Mr. Hannigan lives in Kingston, MA with his wife, Linda, of 30 years where they have raised four boys. He completed his Civil Engineering studies at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a minor in Microbiology and Spanish. For over thirty years, Mr. Hannigan has been involved extensively in real estate development, custom home design and construction, as well as real estate financing. He current focus is on new home construction, existing home customization, vacation property rental and management. His responsibilities include design, client relations, and project management.
Linda Hannigan -Principal
Linda Hannigan completed her Fashion Marketing studies at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and also holds a Master's Degree in Special Education. Her current responsibilities include new home interior design, interior furnishings sourcing and display, existing home customization, vacation property rental sales and scheduling for Cape Rental Properties, a division of Hannigan Development.
Brian and Amber Hannigan - Vacation Rental Marketing and Management
Brian, completed his studies in Neuropsychology at Boston College and Amber completed her studies in Finance at Salve Regina College. Throughout the years, Hannigan Development has retained certain properties for the purpose of vacation rental on Cape Cod. They currently operate and manage 16 vacation properties. Together, they are responsible for vacation property rental procurement, management and marketing.
Jonathan Hannigan - Principal - Roofing Division
Jon completed his studies in Finance at Texas Christian University. He is solely in charge of the roofing division of Hannigan Development, His responsibilities include sales and management of all new and existing roof installations.
