Community Service

 Hannigan Development is committed to serving all the people of our community. Although we create homes for a select few, we understand that many in our community, through different misfortune, struggle everyday to maintain a shelter and meet their basic needs. We have made it our mission to serve those under-privileged through supporting charities whose goal is to care and protect those in need. These charities included Habitat or Humanity, Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless, National Charity League, Jonathan Rizzo Foundation, Home for Little wanderers, and The Jett Muscular Dystrophy Foundation to name a few. We have raised thousands of dollars through coordinated events created by Hannigan Development. In the past, we created a stunning Designer Showcase Home and used that home as a fund raising vehicle solely for the purposes of the charities listed. We have extended our charity to include the donation of men and material to the projects of Habitat for Humanity and Operation Blessing for the victims of Hurricane Katrina as well as countless other charitable efforts in our community. We operate by the belief that we are called to serve our community and our fellow man. We, at Hannigan Development, believe that a blessing shared is a blessing doubled.
