"I am extremely pleased with the work done by Hannigan Development. He anticipates your needs and suggests things you hadn’t even thought about ………. air-conditioning, generator, security bars in the showers, outside motion lights, large driveway to accommodate family and friends, extra large built-in bookcases and even a hallway bookcase which is a secret door to the bedroom closet.He built a covered deck which we use daily all summer long. It has overhead lights and a ceiling fan. We sit out there and watch the birds come to our feeders and enjoy the view of our flower and vegetable gardens.
